Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or sign a copy of the invoice. This signature confirms that you have received the products in full as stated in the invoice.
If you are not present at the specified address, the order may be delivered to anyone available at the address, and their signature on the invoice will be considered confirmation of receipt.
If our delivery team reaches your address and is unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule a new delivery time. The company is not responsible for any orders not delivered within 30 days from the order date
